Coir Substrate is an ideal substrate for burrowing species that live in a humid environment or require humid hides and tunnels. It's composition allows for moisture to be retained well.
 
Naturally produced from coconut husk it is 100% natural and organic. It is also biodegradable, non toxic and non abrasive.
 
This substrate is ready to use straight from the bag. It does not need soaking like out coir blocks.
