Buying large amounts of foods is often a little daunting when possibly our little shells will turn their noses up at them. These packs are enough for several meals to see if your tortoise will take to it as an addition to their diet without the large cost of the full size bags. All 4 pellets are suitable for all species. Feeding guidelines:The only Pellet in this pack with an upper feeding limit is Mazuri Tortoise Diet. It has a blended mix of added nutrients to meet daily requirements, below is the daily recommended amounts. Both Grassland Mix and Testudo Pre Alpin can be fed freely with no upper limit to amounts as part of a wide varied diet. Mazuri Tortoise Diet:(brown 1" pellet)Feeding Directions• Feed approximately 1-4% of body weight. • It is not necessary to moisten pellets with water, though it may help acclimate animals to the diet.• Feed consumption will vary with environmental temperatures, activity and lifestage.• Provide good quality grass hay or browse.• If desired, feed fresh fruits and vegetables.• At most 5% fruit and 20% vegetables by weight of total diet.• Always provide animal with plenty of fresh, clean water. Proper humidity levels are also critical for health and proper growth of herbivorous reptiles.  Testuo Pre Alpin Agrobs:(Largest fibre based pellet) Can be added freely to the diet. Soak for a few minutes to soften.  Grassland Pellet Mix:(small green pellet)Can be added freely to the diet. Soak for a few minutes to soften.African grazer pellets:(Smallest beige/green pellet)A low starch and a high fiber content from natural sources of fiber, like Eragrostic hay, Smuts finger grass and Blue buffalo grass. The composition comes close to the natural diet of African grazers, there-fore the digestive tract is stimulated in a natural way. The vitamin and mineral content is adjusted to the needs of herbivores in Europe, with a high Vitamin D content. Linseed oil is added as a natural source of omega 3 fatty acids. 
Designed to be fed as a base diet depending upon needs.
